Mulch

Mulch is recommended at least once during the year to help maintain the soil's moisture level and to protect from extreme temperatures.

Please note:
Beds must be clear of leaves, weeds and seedlings before mulch can be applied. Also, if the current bed height is within 2 inches of the top of the foundation, some soil/mulch must be removed. If necessary, additional labor hours to clear leaves, weeds and seedlings, soil removal and haul-off fee will apply if crew must perform any of these services.

Service Charges and Cap

All visits are subject to sales tax.

List of Maintenance Charges

Weeding and Trimming:
There is a minimum of $380 for stand-alone visits, which covers the first 4 man-hours.

Weeding and trimming done simultaneously with colors, fertilizer, or mulch application are charged at $95 per man-hour for the first 4 man-hours, with no minimum requirement.

Additional hours after the first 4 man-hours are billed at $61 per man-hour. Haul-off, if any, is an additional fee at $150 per full trailer load billed in ¼ increments.

Sprinkler Maintenance:
The hourly charge is $95 per man-hour plus materials during maintenance visits. Stand-alone sprinkler repair visits: $135 per man-hour plus materials, with a 2-hour minimum.

Lighting, Water Feature and Decomposed Granite (DG) Maintenance:
The hourly charge is $61 per man-hour plus materials.
