Frequently Asked Questions
While our core focus is design and installation, we emphasise creating landscapes that are “low-maintenance” by design. For ongoing maintenance, please inquire and we can discuss options.
We integrate hardscape (patios/walkways/retainer walls), lighting, water features and plantings into cohesive outdoor living spaces tailored for your needs.
The process begins with a questionnaire and site visit, then design development (10-15 weeks typical), a Zoom presentation of the proposal, and finally installation. The full process from start to completion can take ~6 months (depending on scope).
Expect a thoughtfully designed landscape that adds value and longevity. We also aim to educate you so your space remains sustainable and beautiful for years. Ongoing care and plant health considerations are part of our commitment.
We offer full-service landscaping: design and installation of outdoor living spaces, ponds & water features, lighting, patios & walkways, irrigation, arbors, retaining walls, drainage solutions, and more.
We accept major credit cards (Visa & MasterCard) as one of our payment options.
We design with future phases in mind. You may add features later, and we can coordinate phased work.

Yes — we offer phased installation options so you don’t have to complete the entire project at once.
Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. For details about guarantees or warranties on plants or workmanship, please ask during the design/contract stage.
Before installation begins, we’ll coordinate on scheduling, access, any necessary permits and site preparation. We’ll leave the property clean at end of each day.
Our team uses horticultural expertise to choose plants that thrive locally — matching light, soil, water conditions and the client’s preferences. We emphasise natural look and sustainability.
We begin with an appointment and site evaluation. A formal design agreement is required if you choose a full-color CAD design. (Please contact us for details.)
We select plants that are hardy in North Texas’ temperature and soil variations — focusing on native/adapted plants, drought tolerance, insect resistance and manageable maintenance.
After you sign the proposal and place a down payment, work may begin within a couple of weeks to about six weeks (depending on season/availability). Installation duration depends on scope — some jobs take a week or more.
